A very welcoming friendly and relaxed inn. Well run beautiful location and as welcoming and accommodating for dogs as to their owners.
No cappuchino coffee available and the filter coffee served in the evening was too cool.

After a long day of walking, crashing here was just what we needed. The garden area was lovely for a quick unwind, and the cozy lounge was perfect for curling up with a book. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our stay! 🌟

Relaxed, friendly atsmophere.Excellent food. Wonderful location for exploring near and far .Good real ale!
Poor shower facilities, however I do understsnd that this is due to the age of the property and poor water pressure.

Great quiet location, out of town. Fantastic scenery within a short walk. Oh and some great walks too. Being a dog friendly inn, is a plus for us.

We explored the fine countryside of Exmoor and also enjoyed some sea fishing trips at the harbour. The rooms were comfy, and the food was great-definitely worth it! Make sure to try the local dishes!
One downside was the noise from the bar below our room, hard to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
